2290 1st Street North St. Paul, MN 55109

What is the XRKade?

    * It’s a fitness facility of the 21st century, only this facility makes fitness fun. With an Arcade like atmosphere, the XRKade draws people of all ages to step into a new realm of video games.

Each game in the XRKade is interactive making fitness into a fun experience for kids and adults alike.

The problem with incorporating regular exercise and Phy ed classes into a weekly routine is finding activities that are engaging, motivating, and get the body going. The XRKade does exactly this. Not many fitness facilities have a room full of smiling people but the XRKade does.

Why would a homeschooler use the XRKade your asking?

1. It’s a fun experience. It makes being active fun. If you can learn, workout and have fun all at once then you are setting your students up to be successful.

2. The XRkade challenges muscular strength, muscular endurance, muscular power, agility and coordination, rythm, flexibility and all aspects of cardiovascular fitness.

3. Each activity incoorporates problem solving, strategy, logic and reasoning skills.

4. The XRKade program provides an environment geared towards success for all participants involved, therefore promoting emotional and psychological benefits.

5. The XRKade builds strong social interaction and team building through positive social experiences but also provides opportunity for individual learning through “play”
